I'm what you might call a digital introvert creator. It's genuinely amusing to think about how I’m.... putting myself out there on various platforms despite being really socially anxious in real-life situations. The irony of my circumstances is just funny.....to me. as I still have that feeling of hesitation when it comes social interactions, lol. I plan to finally share with the world the years of art I’ve created.

  Phrad Joule is a creative spelling of my Navy nickname, derived from the word "fragile." This name reflects my experience with several health challenges, including multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, narcolepsy, and arthritis (affecting hips, back, and knees). Then there are the more obscure, yet equally annoying, ones: Raynaud's syndrome and G6PD deficiency—honestly, who even heard of these things?

    Alongside these physical conditions, I also manage significant mental health struggles, experiencing depression and anxiety that often accompany chronic illnesses, cognitive challenges (often called "brain fog" and associated with MS and fibromyalgia), and sleep disturbances due to narcolepsy that affect mood and clarity. My stress management is further complicated by being an empath, deeply affected by past experiences, which adds another layer to these mental health battles. Despite these challenges, my faith remains unshaken.
